- Abstract This study aims to see the effect of Regional Taxes, Regional Levies and Revenue Sharing Funds on the allocation of capital expenditure in the Central Java Provincial Government, with a total of 35 consisting of Regencies and Cities. The hypothesis method in this research is using t test of multiple linear regression, Test f, and the coefficient of determination. The results of this study indicate that the variable Regional Tax and Regional Retribution does not have a significant effect while the Revenue Sharing variable significantly influences the allocation of Capital Expenditures. From the results of these studies so that the regional governments in Central Java Province must be allocate more Regional Taxes and Regional Levies to Capital Expenditures so that development in the area is more evenly distributed.
