- The purpose of this research is to describe the Work Ability, Work Discipline and Employee Performance at KUD Karangploso Malang, to analyze the effect of work ability and discipline on employee performance. The sample in this study used total sampling, which took a total population of 31 people. The test instrument used in this study is the validity and reliability test, as well as the classical assumption test (normality, multicollinearity and heteroscedasticity). Technical analysis of the data in this study uses a range of scales and multiple linear regression. Hypothesis testing uses the t test and f test and uses the dominant test. The results of the study show that work ability and work discipline have a significant and partially significant effect on employee performance, as well as work ability variables as the most influential variable on employee performance.
