- UD. So Kressh is one of many companies that produce various kinds of fruit chips. There are two brands under the company, namely So Kressh or brand with the first quality and Garing or fruit chips brand with lowe quality than the firs one. This study aims to determine and analyze the development of products produced for Garing brand or lower quality brand. The analytical tool used in this study us the product developmental stages. The data collected by interviewing the company and 30 potential customers and also observing. Ideas to develop Garing or lower quality fruit chips brand, namely by adding flavour from sprinkled chocolate powder mix with powdered sugar and cornstartch that have been roasted. The results of this study was only taken from an experiment for apple chips
