  • The purpose of this study was conducted to determine the effect of product quality and service quality on purchase interest mediated by consumer satisfaction. This study uses a path analysis and mediations test. The population in this study thats is all consumers of the Bukit Nirwana caffe Pujon Malang with a sample of consumers who have purchased food and drinks at the Bukit Nirwana Caffe with the number of respondents 100. Data collection techniques using questionnaires. As for the results of the study show that product quality has an effect on consumer satisfaction, service quality has an effect on consumer satisfaction, product quality has an effect on repurchase intention, service quality has an effect on repurchase interest, customer satisfaction has an effect on repurchase interest, product quality has an indirect effect on interest repurchase through customer satisfaction, and service quality has an indirect effect on repurchase interests through customer satisfaction.
