  • This study aims to describe the leadership style, organizational culture, and employee performance, analyze the partial influence of leadership style and organizational culture on performance and analyze the influence of leadership style and organizational culture simultaneously on the performance of the Tuban District Office of Education. The population in this study were all employees of the education office as many as 65 respondents, where the entire population was sampled as research data analysis using a range of scales, classic assumption tests, multiple linear regression analysis with hypothesis testing, namely the T test (partial) and the F test (simultaneous ). The results of the range of leadership style scale included in the high category, organizational culture included in the strong category, and employee performance included in the low category. The results of multiple linear regression analysis showed that the leadership style and organizational culture had a positive and partially significant effect on performance. Leadership style and organizational culture have a positive and significant effect simultaneously on performance.
