- Increasing the population and the desire of each individual to have a private vehicle will also affect the growth of traffic and can cause road damage. The use of appropriate methods is needed in the road repair, so in this study the CTRB method is used. CTRB method is a method that can stabilize the road foundation with a recycle system. The purpose of this research is to plan the thickness of the pavement overlay using CTRB and determine the amount of the budget required to plan the thickness of the pavement on the Giripurno road section. The data in this study have 2 types, namely primary and secondary data. Primary data is LHR data which is done by itself, while secondary data is obtained from Giripurno road map, road structure, CBR field, LHR volume and procedures for workers, materials and tools from the Public Works Office and Batu City Spatial Planning. The results of the study are the calculation of the pavement thickness plan obtained the surface layer of Laston MS744 (d1 = 11 cm), the upper foundation layer of CTRB (d2 = 20 cm), and the lower foundation layer of Sirtu class A (d3 = 12 cm) and the budget plan (RAB) ) which is considered to be more economical, in the amount of Rp.6.358.366.000,00.
