- The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of retail mix on customer loyalty and customer satisfaction as an intervening variable on Transmart MX Malang customers. The analysis used in this study is path analysis with the help of SPSS v.16 analysis tool with a sample size of 100 respondents and the sampling technique is purposive sampling. As for the results of the study, it can be stated that the retail mix variable influences customer satisfaction, retail mix influences customer loyalty, customer satisfaction influences customer loyalty and customer satisfaction variables mediates the effect of retail mix on customer loyalty on Transmart MX Malang.
