  • Background : Tuberculosis is a common infectious disease and in many cases of tuberculosis is deadly caused by bacteria, name is Mycobacteria tuberculli. Indonesia has the second position with the highest tuberculosis burden in th world, there is a National Guideline of Tuberculosis Control is anti-tuberculosis drugs or known Fixed Dose Combination (FDC) continous phase in first category of pulmonary tuberculosis patients. Objective : To identify the pattern of FDC continous phase in patient with first category of pulmonary tuberculosis, comprising : the dosage, the route, the frequency, and the length of drug therapy. Method : Observational descriptive and retrospective design in first category of pulmonary tuberculosis patients at period of January 2018 – December 2018. Result and Conclusion : The most use of FDC with dosage 3 tablet 4(RH)3 in 14 patients (78%). The most use FDC combine with Antibiotic drug is 3 tablet 4(RH)3 with Vicillin sx (2x1,5g) iv in 6 patients (50%). The use of FDC switched with antibiotic drug (Sefalosporin III generation and Penicillin) in 4 patients has each the same persentage is 40%. The prevention of FDC continous phase in first category of pulmonary tuberculosis complies with National Guidelines for Tuberculosis Control.
