STUDI PENGGUNAAN ANTIPLATELET PADA PASIEN STROKE ISKEMIK (Penelitian dilakukan di RSUD Sidoarjo)
Daftar Isi:
- Background : Stroke is a syndrome that is caused by impaired focal or global function with marked sudden onset of symproms, lasting for 24 hours or more or ending in death. Ischemic stroke is a stroke caused by a thrombus or embolism in a blood vessel so that it can block blood flow to the brain. Management of therapy in ischemic stroke has the main principle of opening and smoothing blood flow that occurs due to thrombus or embolism. There are 2 therapeutic strategies given to ischemic stroke patients, namely reperfusion and neuroprotection. Reperfusion is a therapy that is done to improve blood flow to the brain in the area of ischemia. Antiplatelet is a therapy that can reduce platelet aggregation and inhibit the formation of thrombus in the circulation of blood vessels. Antiplatelets that can be used such as Acetosal, Clopidogrel and Dipyridamole are used as the first line. Objective : To determine the pattern of therapeutic use of Antiplatelet in ischemic stroke patients at General Hospital of Sidoarjo. Methods : A retrospective observational in ischemic stroke patients at General Hospital of Sidoarjo in the January-June 2019 period. Results and Conclusions : Antiplatelet agents were used with a single therapeutic pattern namely Acetosal (1x80mg) po in 14 patients (48%) and Clopidogrel (1x75mg) po in 15 patients (52%). There are 2 patients who received switching, namely 1 patient Clopidogrel (1x75mg) po Acetosal (1x80mg) po and 1 patient Acetosal (1x80mg) po Clopidogrel (1x75mg) po.
