  • ABSTRACT This study aims to determine the effect of profitability, leverage and liquidity on firm value. In this study used 16 samples of mining sector companies in the 2014-2018 period. This study uses multiple linear regression analysis tools on 3 independent variables and 1 dependent variable. Profitability is measured using the ratio of return on equity (ROE), leverage using total debt to equity (DER), liquidity using current ratio (CR) and firm value using Tobin's Q. The results of the study show that profitability, leverage and liquidity simultaneously have a significant effect on the firm value. Partially, profitability has a significant positive effect, leverage has a significant negative effect and liquidity has no effect on firm value. The independent variables influence 67.9% of the firm value, while 32.1% are influenced by other variables outside this study. Profitability variable is the dominant variable.
