  • In the world of three-phase induction motor industry the most widely used because of its practical and efficient use. In the use of motors, performance degradation often occurs due to voltage imbalance. Voltage imbalances are variations in voltage and phase angles that are not the same in a three-phase system. This study discusses the effect of three phase induction motors supplied with six imbalance conditions using Complex Voltage Unbalance Factor (CVUF). The analysis is done by calculating the component symmetry approach of equivalent circuits. The software used is Matlab / Simulink and Induction motor parameters obtained by several tests directly. The analysis shows that for each increase in the percentage of the voltage imbalance, the motor will spin slower so the slip will increase. This will also be followed by an increase in current imbalances and efficiency.
