  • Salatiga Tingkir Terminal is a type A that serves public transportation for inter-city inter-provincial transportation (AKAP) and inter-city transportation within the province (AKDP), urban transportation and rural transportation. The purpose of this study is to determine the performance and service level of the Salatiga Tingkir Terminal at this time as well as the factors that influence the less than optimal performance of the terminal and then to find out the improvements that need to be done to improve terminal services.. From the results of the evaluation of the level performance for the Salatiga Tingkir Terminal at the peak time average obtained arrival rate () = 2 bus/hour, service level (μ) = 11 bus/hour, traffic intensity () = 0.13, the average number of vehicles in the system (n) = 3 bus, the average time in the system (d) = 0.23 hours, the average waiting time in the system (w) = 0.20 hours, the average queue length average in the system (q) = 3 bus, average headway (h) = 0.18 hours. And for service evaluation using the Importance Performance Analysis (IPA) method, the average suitability level is 74.22 % and there are 4 attributes that must be repaired at the Salatiga Tingkir Terminal, namely the availability of repair facilities and vehicle feasibility checks, the availability of signs easy to see, the availability of clear information boards, and parking places for vivitors who are accommodating.
