- PT. Anugerah Cendrawasih Sakti Motor is an automotive company in Indonesia. In producing motorcycles, the company considers several aspects of data, such as previous production, finance and product sales. With this much data managers need a system that can help for making production decisions appropriately so as not to have a significant loss in production. In this study the Sugeno fuzzy method is used to design a production decision support system in the company. The input variables used in this system are financial and product demand with the output variable produced is the number of production predictions and the value category of the amount of production. The experimental results show that the estimated production category consists of very low, low, high and very high with values between 1100 and 1800 production with the scale of value produced is per year. The resulting value can be the basis for managers in determining the amount of production of the company's next product to avoid over-capacity or low-capacity in that year.
