- This research aims to describe and analyzed the effect of job training and work discipline on employee performance at PT. United Tractors Semen Gresik (UTSG). Total of samples of this study were 50 respondents in the maintenance section. The sampling technique uses total sampling. Type of this study uses descriptive quantitative research. Data collecting use interview, observation questionnaire and documentation. The analysis tool uses a range of scales, multiple linear regression analysis and coefficient of determination. The result of study shown that Employee performance, job training, and work discipline is in sufficient criteria. Job training and work discipline show a positive impact on employee performance. Job training and work discipline are both influence or simultaneously on the performance of employees. From the variables, job training is more powerful or dominating on the performance of employees.
