  • The study aims to examine the work family conflict model of turnover intention trough burnout and employee job satisfaction as a mediating variable. This research was conducted at Banjarmasin Islamic Hospitals the sample used was 120 employees who worked in the paramedics and medical support. Instrumen test (validity and reliability) assumption test (normality and multicollinearity) data analysis using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) using SmartPLS (Partial Last Square) software version 3.2.7. The result of this study indecated that work family conflict, burnout, employee job satisfaction and turnover intention felt by employees of Banjarmasin Islamic Hospital are quite high. Work family conflict has a significant effect on burnout, job satisfaction and turnover intention, burnout and employee job satisfaction also have a significant effect on turnover intention. Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) testing shows an indirect effect between work family conflict on turnover intention, meaning that burnout and job satisfaction mediate work family conflict with turnover intention.
