- This study to analyze the influence of leadership style on teacher performance, analyze the influence of leadership style on job satisfaction, analyze the effect of teacher competence on job satisfaction, analyze the effect of teacher competence on teacher performance, analyze the effect of job satisfaction on teacher performance, analyze the role of job satisfaction in the influence leadership style on teacher performance, analyzing the role of job satisfaction in the effect of teacher competence on teacher performance. The analysis method used is Partial Least Square (PLS). The results showed that the leadership style of a school principal and the competence of a teacher did not necessarily be a trigger in improving teacher performance directly in the school environment. However, aspects of job satisfaction also need to be considered in improving teacher performance.
