- Supply chain management is a value in which the company works with suppliers to create and deliver a product to the hands of end customers. Supply chain management is developed to get the right product in the right amount and at the right time and with a minimum cost.This study aimed to the: 1) Knowing the flow of products, finance, and information in the cow milk supply chain at the Dana Mulya Agribusiness Cooperative. 2) Knowing how the performance of cow milk supply management in the Dana Mulya Agribusiness Cooperative. Data analysis method used in this research is descriptive analysis using a qualitative approach, with the help of PLS (Partial Least Square). The sampling technique using purposive sampling that is deliberately taking respondents as many as 60 respondents. The type of data used in this study is primary data (direct research), where data is obtained through observation, documentation, and direct interviews using a questionnaire. The results of this study are 1). Cow's milk supply chain management at Dana Mulya Agribusiness Cooperative has three streams namely product flow, finance and information. Where the product flow is smooth, the financial flow is not smooth, the information flow is not smooth. 2). Performance in the supply chain of cattle in Dana Mulya Agribusiness Cooperative, the product flow shows good performance, and financial and information flow shows poor performance.
