- One form unnamed agreement or inominaat, is born from principle freedom of contract is the Multi Level Marketing Business Agreement. For the parties to the treaty it makes lawfully applicable as the act. So if there is a dispute then the contents of the contract made and signed become the main reference in deciding the dispute. Therefore, a good agreement that is able to provides a sense of security and benefit each side becomes a major need for business people. Because of the about reasons so the authors are interested to take the formulation of the problem of how the application of Multilevel Marketing Business Agreement between PT.K-Link Nusantara with distributor, and what problems arise from the application of contract between PT.K-Link Nusantara with distributor. To simplify the writing of the final task of writing this law the author uses sociological juridical methodology where the discussion of the problem is based on the development of problems about Multilevel Marketing in the community by taking into account the provisions of applicable legislation.
