- Economic growth is the development of activities in the economy that causes goods and services produced in society increase and prosperity of the community have increased .Economic growth in a region can indicates how achievement and the economic development of the area .This study aims to to analyze how large amount of labor , capital spending and economic growth in central java. Research methodology it uses the quantitative approach that basically stressed the analysis on data numerical ( of numbers ) mixed with a method of statistika.The data used was secondary data in the form of income its gross domestic regional ), data on the number of people, and data capital expenditure kabupaten / the provincial central java with a period of time years 2011-2015 obtained from statistic agency in central java. Based on table above, shows that the magnitude of adjusted r2 is 0,97 .This result indicates that the independent variable that is ekomoni growth, local revenue, and general allocation funds make clear independent variable the capital expenditure of 0,07 %, so to overcome these issues, local government provinces in indonesia suggested to an analysis of financial condition a region especially the other aspects of with the productivity and regional income.Because those pertaining to the decision to progress an area.
