- The problems often faced by red chili farmers are instability price, owned farmland increasingly narrow, limited technology access, lack of marketing facilities and financial capital. In attempt to solve these problems, an alternative method used is through partnership with Sri Lestari horticultural cooperation and PT. Indofood. The objective of this research is to find out the partnership model between PT. Indofood, Horticultural Cooperation and red chili farmers, aso difference’s income about farmers partner and non-partner. This stufy uses both of descriptive and comparative reserach design. The data analysis technique used are cost analysis and sample t-test. The partnership pattern that involved between Koperasi Hortikultura Sri Lestari and PT. Indofood classified as general partnership trading patterns. While the partnership pattern between Koperasi Hortikultura Sri Lestari and red chili farmers classified as operational cooperation procedure patterns. T-test result show that there are significant income difference between partnership farmers and non-partnership farmers.
