  • This study aims to describe the performance of employees, work motivation, compensation, employee job satisfaction. The research sample was employees at PT. Jalur Ngurah Eka Kurir Kota Malang as much 64 responded. The sampling technique uses proportional random sampling. Descriptive quantitative research type. The analytical tool of multiple linear regression. The results of the study revealed that the simultaneous (1) work motivation positively affects performance of employees value of t count > t table (2, 195 > 2,003), (2) compensation positively affects performance of employees value of t count > t table (2, 127 > 2,003>,(3) employed job satisfaction positively affects performance of employees value of t count > t table (2, 152 > 2,0032), (4) work motivation, compensation, and employee job satisfaction positively affects employee performance with result f count > f table (29,477 > 2,75).
