Intention of this research [is] to obtain; get time interval treatment of optimum machine [at] machine of Rough Mower, lessening the expense of treatment and repair of machine and also improve reliability [at] machine of Rough Mower. With applying of model of age replacement, determination of international replacement of critical component which proposed applicable [at] company utilize to degrade the expense of replacement of component. With this model have [in] determining international anti to component of Bedknife that is 50 day with machine reliability storey;level equal to 0,703 and Hidrolik Filter Oil 41 day with machine reliability storey;level equal to 0,722 so that in a period of period of year 2005-2007 there are cost-saving equal to Rp 9.405.750,- with C(Tp) old Rp.18.000.000,- and C(Tp) new [of] 8.594.250,-for the component of HE cost-saving and cooling equal to Rp 1.051.750,- with C(Tp) old [of] Rp.9.100.000,- and C(Tp) new [of] Rp 8.048.250,- for the component of Valve.
