- This research aims to determine the diversity of Mychorriza genus found in the Apple rhizosphere at Bumiaji Batu. This research aims to know the relative abundance of spores in the Apple rhizosphere and know the density of spore results on the host plant. The study was held in January-September 2019 at the Agronomic Laboratory of Faculty Agriculture and Animal Husbandry, Muhammadiyah University of Malang. The experiments were conducted by taking soil samples from 5 apple orchards in Bumiaji encoded with B1, B2, B3, B4, B5. The sample was then weighed and the identification of the use of a microscope to determine the diversity of genus and relative abundance of spores was then reproduced on sterilized media. The results showed that Mychorriza found in the rhizosphere of Apple were Mychorriza genus Glomus, Acaulospora and Gigaspora. The genus Glomus had a relative abundance of the highest in comparison to Mychorriza genus Acaulospora and Gigaspora. The yield of spores in the host plant indicates the highest sported value found in the genus Mychorriza glomus, while the genus Acaulospora and Gigaspora fall into the lower category.
