- Turnover intention is a phenomenon that cannot be avoided and is very detrimental to a company. Based on this, this study focuses on testing two variables that affect turnover intentions, namely job satisfaction and work environment at UD. Anugrah Mojokerto. The method used is a survey. The population used in this study were all employees of UD. Anugrah Mojokerto with 230 employees. Samples were taken as many as 70 people with the Slovin formula method. The data analysis technique uses multiple linear regression. The results showed that job satisfaction and work environment in a range of scales in sufficient categories and conditions while turner intention in employees was high. Job satisfaction has a negative effect on turnover intention and the work environment has a negative effect on turnover intention.
