- Buduran village is one of the shallot farming development regions that implements trade delay and non-trade delay system. The research aims to: (1) analyze the comparison of the cost structure, revenue and income. (2) Analyze factors that affect shallot farmers in conducting trade delay and non-trade delay system in Buduran village. Analytical methods used are analysis of production cost, revenue, income, efficiency, comparison test, and factors that affect shallot farmers in conducting trade delay and non-trade delay system. The results of the test are (1) Total of production cost of trade delay is Rp. 82,516,728.66/ha, it is different with total production cost of non-trade delay that is Rp. 73,287,827.49/ha. Moreover, the revenue of the shallot farmer that applied trade delay is Rp. 179,530,104.07/ha, while for the other who did not apply the system obtained Rp. 138,451,625.13. Furthermore, the farmers’ income that applied trade delay system is Rp. 97,027,354.45/ha and for the farmer who did not use the system is Rp. 65,163,797.64. And, the levels of efficiency for the farmers who applied and did not apply the system respectively are 2,18 and 1,95 and consequently, it is stated that these two systems are appropriate to apply. (2) Factors that affected farmers to apply trade delay and non-trade delay system are age, land area, price, capital use and income.
