- The purpose of this study is to analyze profit planning at Putri Rejo Jaya boarding house for 2020. The study method used in this study is a quantitative method using primary data in the form of income and costs data incurred in 2015-2019. The results of this study are companies can earn profits above the break-even point, where the company is able to make a profit, and this profit is quite significant despite a decline in revenue in 2017. The company has a sales plan for 2020 with a profit increase target of 24,07% from the year 2019, the amount of sales that must be achieved is IDR 113.992.972,88 or as many as 18 boarding rooms must be rented in 2020. So the company can increase its sales to 18 so that the company can get the profit as targeted before.
