- Introduction: Hemorrhoids are still a health problem in the world and 40% of them are unaware of symptoms. When the hemorrhoids are ignored over time the sufferer will have bleeding that can cause anemia, Itching and irritation of the anus. The disease also has a high impact on the quality of human life. Objective: The purpose of the study is to know the long relationship with the signs of piles of symptoms on convection tailors. Method: Design Research using cross sectional, respondents to this study as much as 75 tailors were taken using the accidental sampling technique, Data analysis using Spearman rank test. Research conducted on 3-6 December 2019. Result: The result of the study is a significance value (p) of 0.005 where the value is less than α (0.05) i.e. (P. < α). The results of the correlation coefficient (0, 321) long seated with a sign of hemorrhoids of symptoms of this study showed the direction of positive relationships, It means that the longer the duration of sitting will be higher risk of hemorrhoids symptoms. Conclusion: There is a long-standing relationship with the signs of hemorrhoid of symptoms on convection tailors in the sub-district of Trinity Village, Babat, Lamongan.
