  • The apartment is a building that has a function as a residential place that is built vertically. Begawan's apartment itself has a high level structure with as many as 23 floors, Malang City itself has a high enough earthquake risk, so there must be additional planning to reduce the earthquake force that works by adding core wall walls. in this thesis redesigning the core wall wall by analyzing three models with the first model without core wall walls, the second existing model, the third model modification using ETABS application assistance, the results of drift ratio analysis, torque moment and P-delta on all the model meets SNI 1726: 2012 requirements. in model 3 it has better stability then it is planned to use reinforcement on 3 core walls. Core wall 1 with vertical reinforcement D13-200 and horizontal D13-200, with boundary zone 30D16 boundary. Core wall 2 with D13-200 vertical reinforcement and D13-200 horizontal reinforcement, with 30D16 boundary zone reinforcement. Core wall 3 with D13-200 vertical reinforcement and D13-200 horizontal reinforcement, with 30D16 boundary zone reinforcement and coupling beam reinforcement with D-13 reinforcement.
