- This research was aimed to know and analyze the influences of job satisfaction and work motivation in Islamic perspective toward employee’s loyalty at Cafe Sawah Pujon Malang. This research used a quantitative approach with the source of data collection used primary data. The population in this research were all employees in the waiter section at Cafe Sawah Pujon Malang a total of 34 employees with used a sampling method that is total sampling. Data analysis techniques used classical assumption test and double linier regression analysis. The result showed that the Islamic job satisfaction variable influenced significantly partially toward employee’s loyalty with significant value 0,017 < 0,05 and tcount value 2,522 > 2,040. The Islamic work motivation variable influenced significantly partially toward employee’s loyalty with significant value 0,005 < 0,05 and tcount value 3,055 > 2,040. The Islamic job satisfaction variable and Islamic work motivation influenced significantly simultaneously toward employee’s loyalty with significant value 0.000 < 0,05 and fcount value 12,245 > 3,30.
