  • Banana Ledre is a superior food product based on bananas in Bojonegoro Regency which is produced by the home industry. The number of home industry ledre led to the emergence of problems in marketing. The purpose of this study is 1.) to know the marketing channels of banana ledre 2.) marketing margin of banana ledre 3.) marketing efficiency of banana ledre. The research location was carried out purposively or deliberately with the consideration that Padangan District is the center of banana ledre business in Bojonegoro Regency. Home industry sampling uses a purposive sampling method with several criteria including those that have been established for more than 10 years, have a business license, continue the production process and have a workforce of more than two people, then for the determination of marketing institutions using the snowball sampling method. The analytical method used is descriptive analysis to describe the marketing channels of banana ledre and quantitative analysis to determine the size of marketing margins and marketing efficiency of banana ledre. The results of this study indicate that there are 2 marketing channels, channel I consists of: producers - final consumers with a marketing margin of Rp 0., each box. Channel II consists of: producers - retailers - final consumers with a marketing margin of Rp 3,225, each box and costs incurred of Rp 43.53 each box. The efficiency value arising from marketing channel I is 0% and marketing channel II is 0.19% which is less than 33%, so it can be concluded that both channels are efficient.
