- The purpose of this research is to analyze implementation cost of quality to profit in PT. Guntner Indonesia. This research use descriptive method with casestudies approach done toward at PT.Guntner Indonesia. The analysis technique use by identification of quality cost, calculate the cost of quality and EBIT level the last six motnh and analysis of implementation cost of quality to profitability company. The result of this research that allocating cost more preventation and appraisal cost than will impact to depreciate internal and external failure cost, so that can produce the product according to product standardization and least damaged. EBIT value will increase when cost of quality total increase, althought it not too seem to be clearly (significant) but it’s give a bit of idea that the product quality of product getting better with the cost of quality can be controlled.
