PENGARUH AGENSIA HAYATI dan ZAT PENGATUR TUMBUH TERHADAP PERKEMBANGAN PENYAKIT SIGATOKA KUNING PADA TANAMAN PISANG MAS (Musa acuminata colla)
Daftar Isi:
- Banana (Musa acuminata colla) cv. Pisang Mas is one type of fruit plant that has high economic value and has many benefits, and is also the most important fruit species in Southeast Asia. Bananas have horticultural product that was vulnerable to attacked by plant pests. Sigatoka's disease caused by the fungus Mycosphaerella musciola, the most defective diseases of banana plants. Therefore, it is necessary to use biological agents that Corynebacterium sp. and Streptomyces sp. to NPK fertilizer as an integrated control of Sigatoka disease to play a role in fulfilling the nutritional needs of the gold banana plant that is being attacked by the disease. And the used of Plant Growth Regulator (PGR) in this integrated control, also plays a role in stimulating the growth of banana plants that are inhibited due to Sigatoka disease caused by the fungus Mycosphaerella musciola. The purpose of this study is to determine the effectiveness of the biological agent’s function, and Plant Growth Regulator (PGR) as an integrated treatment of Sigatoka disease in the Banana plant. This study used a strip plot experimental design using 2 treatment factors. Factor 1 consists of 3 kinds of treatment of biological agents. For factor 2 consists of 3 application treatments kinds Plant Growth Regulator (PGR). Based on the results of the study, the effectiveness of used biological agents (Corynebacterium sp. and Streptomyces sp.) as biological agents controlling yellow sigatoka disease in gold banana plants can be suppressed by using treatment samples. The treatment samples that tend to be more effective namely Corynebacterium sp. and plant growth regulators, that can increase the growth of the number of leaves of the banana plant. Atonic growth regulators have an average number of leaves which tends to be higher than other growth regulators in 5 day observation.
