- This study aims to determine the effect of Return On Total Assets, Total Asset Turnover, Debt To Equity Ratioon company value. The types and sources of data used in this study are secondary data obtained from the financial statements of property and real estate companies listed on the BEI in 2018, the data obtained from the site www.idx.co.id. Data collection techniques in this study used the documentation method. The analysis technique in this study uses the classic assumption test and multiple linear regression tests. Based on research, the authors can conclude that Return On Total Asset has no significant effect on firm value, Total Asset Turnover has no significant effect on firm value, Debt To Equity Ratio has no significant effect on firm value. This can be said that the high and low Return On Total Asset, Total Asset Turnover, Debt To Equity Ratio does no affect the ups and downs in the value of the company.
