- This research was motivated by the needs analysis in SDN Bakalan I shows that showed that when learning takes place there are some students who have not advanced and slow in counting, have difficulty in distinguishing number of the smallest and the largest number that starts from the hundreds and learners who do not know of many cultures that exist around their homes. In this case, the teachers have been trying to create media for learners with learning difficulties, the results indicate media being used has not been successful. The purpose of this research to determine development Kotak Scenery. This type of research conducted in this study is the research and development or collectively, the Research and Development (R&D). Simply Research and Development (R&D). In this research procedure, researchers adapted a development model ADDIE (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation And Evaluation) Kotak Scenery validation results in material gain expert validation shows the percentage of 85.5% while the validation results to the media expert gets a percentage of 95%, the results of the quentionnaire responses of students by 82,66% and the teacher's response amounted to 91.6%. From these data it can be concluded that the media box Scenery very decent, very effective and very interesting in learning mathematics Elementary School second grade.
