- The purpose of this research was to develop a valid, practical, and effective learning tool. The developed learning tools were the lesson plan and learning material. The sample of this research was The Mathematics Education Department Students Year 2018 whose currently taking learning sources and learning media's courses also joining a practical lab about designing an interactive learning media at Computer Laboratory Information and Communication. This research used a 3-D as the model. The percentage of validity result of the lesson plan and learning material was 89,37%, while the percentage of validity result of the questionnaire from the students was 89,6%. The result shows that the learning tools and the questionnaire are valid. Based on the questionnaire, the result shows every point is more than or the same as 70, we assume that the result is practical. The result of the test or students' achievement shows that 86% students got the score more than or the same as 75 so that the learning tools can be judged as an effective way. From the data above, we can conclude that the learning tools are valid, practical, and effective.
