The methodology used is qualitative, is descriptive described how the probolinggo disaster alert (PROSIGAB) in BPBD Kabupaten Probolinggo. and in data collection techniques executed is, documentation interviews and observation field and collect secondary data support, and the theory used is the theory of public service innovation everet M Rogers. The result showed innovation public services covering actor BPBD Kabupaten Probolinggo, bmkg juanda and the organization in Sukapura. Each of the actor has been acting as initiator, facilitators, and support in the event innovation public services. These activities innovation in point to a positive change in social aspect which is to accommodate the Kabupaten Probolinggo about preparedness disaster. In conclusion innovation public services supported by the actors are involved, the process of innovation, and the result of the innovation. But there are some drawbacks in this is not a network of and the lack of public knowledge in the use of the application.
