- PT. Dharma Anugerah Indah is a company engaged in printing and packaging services. This research is used to know and analyze the effect of occupational health safety and work discipline on the performance of PT. Dharma Anugerah Indah in printing. The data source of this study uses primary and secondary data. Population and samples were all printing employees of 75 employees. Data collection techniques use questionnaires, whereas data analysis techniques use scale ranges, and multiple linear regression analyses. The result of scale analysis stated that occupational health safety, low working discipline, and adequate performance. The results of multiple linear regression analyses indicated that occupational health safety has a positive and significant impact on employee performance, working discipline is positive and significant to the employee's performance, occupational health safety and Work disciplines jointly positively and significantly influence the employee's performance.
