  • PDAM Malang is one of the company enganged in water utility company in Malang. The company has 3 pump machine named vertical turbin and also, the company has undertaken for maintenance it was preventive maintenance by changing oil and stampede in every 1000 hours. Meanwhile, it was undertaken with corrective maintenance by changing the component which is the engine was stopped working. It can give a big effect to huge losses for the company. This study aim to prevent the damage that often occurs in vertical turbine by using the Age Replacement methode. In this study, researcher will determine the critical component and also includes the minimum replacement cost. Vertical turbin I have 1,37% saving, Vertical Turbin II at 30,97% savings and Vertical Turbin III at 31,61%
