Jainuri, M, Si In Indonesia Simultaneous Election held from the decision of the Constitutional Court Number 14 / PUU-XI / 2013 and Regarding the Election of the President and Vice President in Law Number 42 Year 2008. The purpose of this study was to determine the socialization of KPU in Organizing 2019 Simultaneous Elections in Malang City and knowing the Obstacles of Malang City KPU in Organizing 2019 Simultaneous Election Socialization in Malang City. This study uses a purposive sampling approach based on the objectives or requirements that have been determined such as data sources that are considered most knowledgeable about what is expected to make it easier for researchers to explore the object or situation under study. Furthermore, the data will be analyzed using descriptive analysis. The theoretical foundation used is the theory of state socialism. Based on the analysis conducted, it was concluded that the holding of elections must be focused on efforts to improve the quality of preparations, increase political socialization of the community and ensure the implementation of elections in a democratic, direct, general, free, confidential, honest, and fair manner.
