STUDI KELAYAKAN PERENCANAAN PENDIRIAN PETERNAKAN SAPI PERAH DI DESA BENDOSARI KECAMATAN PUJON KABUPATEN MALANG

- This study aimed to observe the feasibility of dairy farm planning establishment which was conducted in Bendosari Village, Distict of Pujon, Malang Regency, Indonesia from Maret to September 2019. The materials used in this study were primary data and secondary data obtained from questionnaire. The variable obeserved in this research were all of the aspecs related to market, marketing, technical, management, financial, legal, and environmental. The data were obtained by using survey through interview and literature review followed by descriptive analysis. The result showed that there was a market opportunity accounted for 11.5%, 10.6%, 11.3%, 12% in the market and marketing aspecs (2019-2022). In the techinal aspecs, all of the production materials were provided. Magamement aspec has good planning in terms of the system and the actualization of farm development, company name, organizational structure, and tasks division. Furthermore, financial aspecs have met the financial eligibility requirements such as Nett Present Value (NVP) forming of Rp. 844.836.662, 5 Year 110 days DPP, 1.67 PI, 1.65 B/C ratio, 36.8% IRR, 20.5% ROI and 416.643,5828 liter of Break Event Point. It can be conclude that the diary farm planning establishment was feasible to be actualized.
