  • Research objectives are to know job satisfaction, organizational commitment and employee performance, knowing the impact of job satisfaction on employee performance and organizational commitment to employee performance. The population is all employees of the project at PT. Gatra established Malang with a sample number of 50 employees. The data analysis techniques in this research include scale range analysis and multiple linear regression analysis with F test and T test. Based on the results of the research and the discussion that has been done it can be concluded that the job satisfaction entered in the High category, the organizational commitment is in the high category, and employees ' performance in the category is sufficient. There is the influence of job satisfaction on employee performance, meaning that the higher employee satisfaction is the higher the work. There is a influence of organizational commitment to employee performance, meaning that the higher the organizational commitment is the higher the work.
