- The purpose of this study is to describe turnover intention, job stress and job satisfaction among employees of PT. World Innovative Telecommunication in Sragen, Central Java and analyze job stress and job satisfaction which have a dominant influence on trunover intention. The population in the study was taken at PT. World Innovative Telecommunication Sragen Central Java with 151 employees and the sample of employees studied was 60 employees. The sampling technique uses simple random sampling. Data collection techniques using questionnaires. Data analysis tools used in this study are technical scale analysis and multiple linear regression analysis with F and t test. The results showed that the conditions of work stress in the moderate category, job satisfaction in the high category and employee turnover intention in the moderate category. The results showed that job stress has a negative effect on turnover intention and job satisfaction has a positive effect on turnover intention. Job stress and job satisfaction contribute to trunover intention.
