- The study aims to analyze management of Village Owned Enterprises and their contribution to community empowerment and village original income. The object of this research is BUMDES Raharjo, Pandanrejo Village, Bumiaji District, Batu City. The method used in this research is descriptive qualitative with data analysis stages ranging from Analysis of Planning to Reporting and Accountability. The results showed that the management of BUMDES Raharjo was said to be good but there were still multiple positions in its implementation. In addition, BUMDES Raharjo has contributed to community empowerment by providing training in an effort to improve the capacity of its human resources and human resources owned by Bumdes Raharjo from Pandanrejo Village. However, in its implementation Bumdes still cannot contribute to PADes. This is because Bumdes is still in the development stage.
