Daftar Isi:
- Children are the most beautiful gifts given by God that must be constantly guarded and given guidance. Every child born into the world has the right to be protected, both by parents and by the state. in addition to being entitled to protection, children have the right to education, the right to be loved, the right to housing, including the right to protection in the legal process. In this time, many children do not get the rights as they should. Children who are often neglected on the street are often found, even children who are physically and sexually abused. Physical and sexual abuse against children still often occurs, both at home, at school, even in public places. Children who are victims of sexual abuse often experience post traumatic stress disorder, phobias, and anxiety that make children become quiet, depressed, and afraid to deal with others. Children who are victims of sexual abuse must be accompanied by parents and protected by the state. The state gives authority to social workers to assist children who are victims of sexual abuse both inside and outside the legal process. Social workers must fulfill the rights of children so that children can recover from physical, psychological and social trauma.
