- This research aims to minimize human errors that occur by using the method of Cross Human Error Assessment and Reduction Technique (HEART). When the plastic pallet production process, all activities or jobs are not denied there will be an error. Errors can be caused by system errors and human errors. Errors caused by humans (human error) is something that can cause work accidents in the production process. From the results of observations, it was found that there were 13 work accidents by human error in 2016 to 2019. Therefore, we need a method to find out exactly where the biggest human error occurred and immediately make improvements in that area, one of the methods that can be used is the Human Error Assessment and Reduction Technique (HEART). The results obtained from the HEART method analysis are in the packing area with a HEP of 1.508.
