- This study aims to determine the effect of white curcuma to the weight of carcass and the percentage of the weight of super chicken carcass. This research was begins from January (the) 6th, until March (the) 13th, 2019 at closed house livestock farm of Muhammadiyah University Malang, Tegalgondo Village, Karangploso District, Malang Regency. The material used in this study is 100 heads Day Old Chick (DOC) super chicken starting with 4 treatments namely P0 (feed without addition of white curcuma flour), P1 (feed with 1 percent of white curcuma flour), P2 (feed with 2 percent of white curcuma flour), P3 (feed with 3 percent of white curcuma flour) with 5 replication. Every replications has 5 chickens. The research use Complete Randomized Design (RAL). Data analysis used was Variation Analysis (ANAVA) with the smallest significant difference (BNT) as the follow up test. The average from this study are PO as 532,2 gram, PI as 529 gram, P2 as 535,8 gram and P3 as amount 550,8 gram. Average percentage of carcass weight obtained is P0 as 63,2 percent, P1 as 65 percent, P2 as 63,6 percent, and P3 as amount 62,8 percent. The result of study is that the addition of white curcuma study is that the addition gave an unreal effect (P> 0,05) to the content of dry matter and coarse fat of super chicken chicken. The conclusion of this study is that the addition of white curcuma (curcuma zedoaria) as much of 0 percent until 3 percent as additional feed give no significant impact to dry and crude fat in chicken super chicken.
