- The final period of laying hens is a chicken phase that is difficult to produce eggs optimally or tends to produce fewer eggs than laying hens in the production phase. Biofarm is one of the liquid probiotics products produced by SOF (Sustainable Organic Farming) technology which is well used as feed additives in rations. Application of SOF technology to poultry increases egg and meat production, saves feed up to 25%. Giving Biofarm is expected to increase feed consumption and Hen Day Production (HDP) laying hens at the end of the late period laying hens. This research was conducted for 20 days, from February 28 to March 20 2019 in Amalia Farm Jombang, East Java. The material used in this study is 120 end-time laying hens with the same egg production. The treatment used is P0: feed without Biofarm, P1: feed + biofarm 20 ml / kg feed, P2: feed + biofarm 40 ml / kg feed, P3: feed + biofarm 60 ml / kg feed. The method used in this study is the experimental method using a completely randomized design (CRD) where there are 4 treatments and 5 replications of data retrieval, Methods of analyzing data using quantitative descriptive analysis. The conclusion of this study is that the administration of biofarm has an effect on increasing feed consumption and Hen Day Production (HDP) of late-period laying hens. The best administration of Biofarm in this study was at the level of 40 ml / kg of feed
