  • Studying results of X Beauty 2 Malang were considered to be good, especially on Islamic Education and Character Education subjects. But there are several problems including those caused by unenthusiastic students in learning Islamic Education, hardly conducive classroom, bored students, lack of paying attention and engaged in another conversation with chairmate, and teacher centered learning method. In order to solve the problems mentioned, a more active and student centered learning method with the implementation of scramble learning method is prominent to be implemented and examined. The aim of this study was to explore the effect of scramble learning method towards studying results of students in class X Beauty 2 in Islamic Education and Character Education in SMKN 3 Malang. The approach that employed was quantitative experimental, the sample of the study was all students of class X Beauty 2, with 36 participants. The instrument utilized two kind of tests; pre-test (before treatment) and post-test (after treatment). The second test was designed to measure the studying results of the students, and the instrument was examined statistically. From the calculation of tcount towards ttable, it was obtained that: tcount > ttable (8,872 > 2,042) hence, Ha accepted and Ho rejected, meaning hypothesis was accepted. To conclude, there was effect of scramble learning methods toward participants’ studying result. Therefore, scramble learning method significantly produce influence toward learning outcome of the student in Islamic Education and Character Education.
