- The aim of this study was to determine the effect of Supply Chain Management on company performance in UMKM Embroidery in the city of Probolinggo. Supply Chain Management with its indicators, namely information sharing, long term relationships, cooperation, and integration process. This research includes quantitative descriptive research, data collection techniques include the use of questionnaires and interviews with UMKM Embroidery owners, and analysis tools in the form of a range of scales and multiple linear regression. The results showed that from the four variables of Supply Chain Management three variables, namely information sharing, long term relationship, and cooperation, had a positive effect on company performance on UMKM Embroidery, meaning that the better information sharing, long-term relationships, and cooperation, the better the company's performance . While one variable, namely integration process has a negative effect on the performance of the company in UMKM Embroidery, so that the better the integration process, the worse the performance of the company. Due to the low economic scale of the Embroidery UMKM, they do not have the ability to carry out process integration, especially for large companies with high economies of scale.
