- The concept of developing Tawangargo Village is aligned with environmental conservation issues and the empowerment of local and surrounding communities. Organic farming tourism is a natural tourism site (agriculture) that offers various means of gardening and nature conservation education. The purpose of this study is to identify strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, threats and to find strategies for developing tourism. Primary data was obtained from interviews conducted with village government, managers, workers and visitors using questionnaire. Data was analyzed by using SWOT analysis. The results shows that that organic farming has the power to include accessibility, the practice of making food, drinks and organic fertilizers, services, natural scenery and the location of education. The weaknesses include parking areas, site plan, security and canteen facilities, infrastructure, planting, harvesting, processing, and environmental activities. The opportunities include the support of the government and the community, and the interest of visitors. The threats include competitor attractions, seasons, cleanliness. The location of the SWOT quadrant is in quadrant 2. Tourism development activities have strengths and threats so they can take advantage of existing strengths to minimize threats or S-T strategies. The strategy that must be implemented is to provide economical tour packages, increase managerial and production space, provide patient, always smile, enthusiastic, friendy, responsive services, create facilities for trash, making photo spots, food court, gazebo, clean and green learning and the application of modern agriculture.
